Extremely Disappointed I strongly recommend **avoiding this transmission shop** unless you want to spend your time and money going in circles. I paid this shop **$4,801 for what I was told would be a heavy-duty built 4L80E transmission**, and the transmission has repeatedly failed and developed new problems almost immediately after being repaired. Do not use this shop. We paid them to fix the transmission on my late husband's truck for my son, and after FOUR return trips, it is still not fixed. The transmission is currently overheating and the torque converter is not locking in. It now requires yet another tow. Despite this being their fifth failure, the shop expects us to risk driving a damaged truck all the way from Athens to Gun Barrel City just so they can "take a look." They did total rebuild 8 years ago on my van.An ithe transmission still good.Now they rebuilt my differential an seal on my truck. I will always use them.They do good work an are good Christian people.
I wanted to wait a little while before I put in my rating about the rebuild of my transmission and my F150 truck. I have to say after driving it a few months it doesn’t even feel like the same truck anymore. Honestly, it drives better than it did when it was brand new. The power level has increased exponentially. I have had no issues with it and would highly recommend the shop I had good service also.
