Nicole is an incredible stylist & a wonderful human in general. I’m picky & nervous with my hair, but when I wanted my long hair cut into a blunt bob I was so glad I found her. She did such detailed job & it came out exactly how I wanted! A few months later I wanted to change my virgin black hair into hot pink. Alana and Rachel did a fantastic job. I came with a not so easy request (turn fully blonde after 11 years of dying my hair red). they were the sweetest and most patient people all the way through my almost 8h appointment. they made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable. They definitely gained a client for life. Highly recommend both of them for anything. They’re truly the best

Kat was amazing. She took plenty of time to talk to me and hear out what I wanted, got us on the same page about a style I had an idea of but didn't know how to describe, and cut/styled it amazingly. She was so fun to talk to and I’ll definitely be coming back!

edit reply to owner: I wouldn’t trust your establishment or stylists again, and neither would the family and friends I referred. You already had the opportunity to resolve my concerns, and instead it only added to them and made things worse & didn’t live up to the promises made for that “fix it” appointment. Actually I was put in an even more uncomfortable situation and again the promises made OTP were not kept at this appointment.
