If I could give 0 starts I will. The front reception staff is awful and super rude!
The receptionist was super rude and she made a mistake and I called and she hung up on me - worse experience ever!
The worse experience from the admin staff (reception) - They are rude and hung up on your call if they make a mistake.
Dr Niru is absolutely the kindest, gentlest and most approachable dentist I’ve ever been to. His manner instantly puts you at ease and he explains things clearly and simply. I’ve spent my life hating trips to the dentist but now actually look forward to catching up with Dr Niru and know I’m in super capable hands.
I went to Gumdoctors Parramatta Clinic seeing Dr Joseph Lee. I booked for 1 session of deep cleaning and at the clinic I clearly told Joseph I only want to do 1 session on that day and after he numbed my gum he just did 2 sessions of deep cleaning without event asking me! How can a professional dentist treat their customers like this!!!
