Poor communication My car was towed here by AAA in the middle of the night. I contacted the shop in the morning as was told I'd recieve a call when they knew what was wrong. I never recieved a cll, but when I checked in was told it was ready for pick up. SOmething had been done, because it now ran, but no one was able to answer my questions about what was done, and what had been wrong. I just recieved a big bill, and no explinations.
