Very shady business. Two months ago, I gave them my 2005 Mazda 3, which was still in great condition considering its age + mileage (aside from it having a flat tire that needed to be replaced). I decided to hand the car over to them (as I had decided to purchase a new vehicle); however, upon giving it to them, they refused to give any kind of payment or reimbursement, as they insinuated it was worth nothing and they would just put it in a junkyard or use it for parts. So thankful for an honest shop so close to home that always takes care of me!
Called about getting my car repaired and the prices are crazy!!!! Had mobile mechanic in short pump do the work at $80 an hour versus $150..Seems like all these repair shops are killing people with these prices...found my go to guy and he does house calls...made my weekend and had my front brakes and rotors done for $300.00 and lifetime warranty doing brakes in my driveway!! I had my car towed to a shop up the road from this place and was told they couldn't do the repairs so I had it towed to Gum spring auto to have the repairs done because the woman on the phone said it could be done. I told her I wanted the studs replaced and needed to know how much it would be, when I got the estimate I told her If I couldn't pay for the repairs I'd come pick it back up.
