I went to see Dr O after having a terrible experience at other dental practice and I was desperately seeking a second opinion and a solution to my dental implants failure. I was greeted by Diana on the phone my very first call. Diana got me in same day. Dr O spent 2 hours with me the first visit listening to my concerns and discussung options I had. I had an excellent experience on 02/09 from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. The level of care and follow-up is truly top tier, you can tell they take pride in what they do and in their patients’ comfort. Highly recommended to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
