Rang Fiat as my car had petrol underneath it after parking in my garage. Front desk told me I had over filled it and booked me in for 2 weeks. A private mechanic has just found a punctured fuel line. Won't be returning to Fiat again. Second time front desk has been rude and dismissive.
Ryan was welcoming did not rush me and answered my questions knowledgeably. Very positive experience and different from a typical sales pitch
The staff were kind enough to provide me with a test drive while in town for work. No pressure and staff were friendly and polite.
