Nurse Maureen was unprofessional and dismissive during my interaction. She often spoke in a sarcastic and overly animated manner, which made communication difficult and uncomfortable. She appeared to act as a gatekeeper to the neurologists, attempting to give medical opinions or make decisions that should have come directly from the physicians themselves. Overall, her behavior created unnecessary barriers to care and left me feeling unheard and disrespected.
