Quoted more than $3,200 to fix a warning light supposedly associated with a rear bearing issue plus rear brakes. Drove away to another mechanic. Fixed it all for $700. No issue with the bearings. What can I say? Typical dishonesty from a dealer. Shame on Gullo Toyota.
Get with Josh! We stopped in one weekend to look at 4Runners and Sequoias. Even though we told Josh that we were only looking, he treated us like we have bought multiple cars from him. He is well educated on the vehicles from production to aftermarket and was transparent from the start. Took his time, didnt rush us and when I called on him to move forward on a 4Runner, it was a completely painless buying experience. Easier than buying groceries, and thats the way car buying should be. We appreciate it!
I made several trips to Gullo in Conroe. Tod ,the sales representative, was most patient with me. Tod showed me several different model while I decided different options. Tod never high pressured me, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I am a satisfied Gullo customer and will return to them for any future purchases.
