Amazing customer service. Josh made all the process perfect. Very happy with the experience and the car.
Used to be really high quality service here, seems to be declining each time I go. 2 hours & 40 minutes for an oil change was a bit unexpected, especially when I saw my car parked out front for 30+ minutes with my keys sitting on an empty desk. I rather not get the trade in offers and car buyback offers if it’s going to add that much time to my experience, especially when I’ve never expressed interest in either of them. I really hope I’m able to continue going here without timelines like I experienced today.
