Purchased a new 2007 Corolla and had no issues. Later purchased a new 2011 Camry. Came in for the "free 2 years of scheduled maintenance" to get an oil change. After getting 4 of these in about 18 months (lots of driving) was told that the next one would cost, even though i was still within the two years of purchase. Upon arguing, was told that it's not really 2 years, it's 20K miles. I was at about 18,500 miles, so argued some more.
