I had chosen Gullo Ford collision center and am happy I did. The manager Billy Coleman has gone out of his way to be sure that the work they have done on my vehicle is done right. He has stood behind the work done and put me in a loaner car instead of it being at my expense. I will continue to use this facility for my vehicles needs. Everyone there is courteous also. I feel right at home when I go there. Thank you Gullo collision center.
I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY CAR AGAIN! & now I can't because my car is gone. I was told I would be called about the damage to my car. I NEVER received a phone call. They want 100% satisfaction, yet when you speak to the manager he will have no interest in what you have to say. Nor will he care what is wrong. I'm telling you that as a young driver, I should've done more research. Because now I don't have a car. & there's nothing I can do about it. Please do not trust these people with your vehicle.
