Crystal is great, she definitely cares about the customer and making their lives easier. She was able to get my car back to me in a day and made the process as seamless as possible.
Crystal at the auto body/ collision center is absolutely amazing! She made this experience worth the wait. I had a recall that needed a repair, she made it a priority to get me in asap despite how busy they were. She made sure we got a loaner, she helped me switch over my car seats into the loaner. As a busy working mom of 2, it’s much appreciated.
Mr. Johnny was awesome! We got daily updates throughout the process. Dropping off and picking up was a smoth transition. My 2nd time using Gullo Collision and this experience was better than the 1st!
Gullo Ford Collision center did an excellent job on repairs the vehicle looks as good as new
