Change must happen- Rated below zero – So I walk into an empty Gulliver's Travel Office in the Oak Court Mall in Memphis, Tn and no one acknowledges me until I walk up the desk immediately by the front door. Keep in mind they were conversating heavily as I was approaching. She asked me how can I help you in her I just got through running voice. I said I need to talk about travels plans to Florida.
