My elderly parents have been using them for 20+ years...after recent passing of my father - did not realize how much my mom's rates were being increased over the past couple of years. Called to ask for assistance and was told (to make a long story short)..."good luck."

Contacted multiple times to discuss a policy cancellation due to selling a home. Never heard back from Ron or anyone in his office. We have renewed several times with him, but he couldn't provide the courtesy to help us during this life change.

I have been with Loren four for over 25 years, he does his best to keep my rates as low as possible, and will tell me if there’s a better way for my insurance needs, top notch!

This agency, without a doubt, has been the most unprofessional business I have ever had contact with. I emailed the owner of the agency, Loren Gulledge two times to cancel policies. Neither email warranted a response from him. So now more than 30 days later, I find out that my auto policy had not been canceled when I asked him to do so. When I called him to ask about my policy, he informed me then that I should’ve addressed the emails to Esperanza. He could have responded to my emails with that information. Shame on him.
