We came to Charleston specifically to visit the International African American Museum. It was so worth the long drive. While here, we wanted to focus on all the Black History we could find. I am so glad we booked the Gullah Tour with Mr. Alphonso Brown. It was a wonderful tour, but I would have liked to have been able to see more of the Gullah traditions, especially since it was a Gullah tour bus. At times it was difficulty to understand the tour guide due to his accent.
