This is NOT Gray Line, they sub contract to STAR. Booked TWO different 8 hour gray Line tours. They cancelled the first at 7:30 the night before saying they could not find a driver. Have been trying for almost two weeks to get a refund. Contacted Gray Line Hdq. and they had me write an email. Now I can't get an email response and no one answers their Headquarters Customer Service phone. The second tour had a very nice driver but he had never given the tour.
