I really like this group of doctors, the nurses are always really friendly and easy to talk to. The front desk personnel has always been great as well scheduling is rarely am issue for me. It may be because I'm typically friendly to the staff (that goes a long way) I do believe it was a better office a few years ago though. Not impressed. Went in on 1/7 with a painful ear infection. Front desk staff is VERY unfriendly and rude. Waited 75 minutes to be seen. Was told I didn't look 'miserable' enough to have the flu. (Should I not have showered?) Left with a prescription for cough medicine when my complaint was for sinus pain/pressure and ear pain, NOT coughing. Will not return.
