They seem to be all smiles and caring, BUT it is the opposite in an emergency. They outright refuse service because it was close to the end of the day. Thanks a lot. I would never recommend anyone take their animals here. They don’t even have the self respect to be professional during an emergency
This goofy goober, Stella, sprained her doggie ankle (not the real medical term but whatever). How did she do it? Chasing turkeys? Sure. Wrestling with her sister? Also likely. Anyway, this sweet ball of chub and floof refused to move for like 12 hours, which of course had me terribly worried and my jerk brain conjured up worst case scenarios. We’ve been clients at Gull River for many years and appreciate the care, thoughtfulness and empathy that this team puts into caring for our pets. The vets, vet techs and other support staff are fantastic at listening and helping you work towards solutions that will make sense for the pet and family. We just got a new cat from the Humane Society and he’s had a bit of a rough start, but with GRV’s help, I think we’re on the right road now. I am updating my previous review. My 2 cats, Max and Oliver and my dog Bullet have been patients of GRVS for a few years now. They have taken such great care of my boys, especially when Oliver had a UTI and they let me bring him in every other day because I was a very worried momma at no charge. They have been excellent with Bullet, my senior GS and I couldn't be more happy with how my animals are treated. The staff and Dr's there go above and beyond.
