We drove 1.5 hrs from home to come here with our season pass for the first time on a Saturday at noon only to find the gate closed with no one attending the park today. Very disappointing. Tried calling their phone number, and no one responded. So much for my $40 pass. We had been waiting all year for the opportunity to come see Gull lake.
I underlined the time that I tried going, but the gate was chained. Drove 30 minutes to come here.
I'm not sure Gull Lake Pubilc access is the same as Ross Park, where I went. But if it's a Public Park, you shouldn't charge $15 to get in!!!
Don't bother if you don't have to come here. $15 fee for what? A public restroom? Some grills and ten garbage cans? Any other watering hole closer to home is equal. Also you may be waiting as parking only allows maybe 30 to 40 cars.
