Buyer beware!!!! The home we had Gulick construct is 4 years old and we have been experiencing a number of issues with our home since the day we moved in - during the 1 year warranty period we had a hard time having major issues addressed and rectified. Kristen was particularly difficult and rude to work with. Even after some of these larger issues were fixed we were left with the drywall and paint damage they left behind. While Gulick group designs beautiful estate looking homes, they have other issues. The windows, especially with wood window frames. Wood will begin to rot after 6 or 7 years. You will notice especially when it rains. The most disappointing thing to me, is that they offered no advice , or suggestions on how to fix rotten wood. Customer service , who during building was so great and responsive said it is no longer their problem.now.This happened on all my windows, and I believe in the entire neighborhood.
