Gulgren’s is my go-to store when I need a part to repair our appliances. Greg has helped me diagnose the problem on multiple occasions and has been right every time. Try getting that at a big box store!

Went in to get a washer and dryer. I wanted an LG, the salesman said they don’t carry that brand because there were too many problems. They had problems getting parts, etc. and would not recommend them. I would be better off getting the brand they carried. I decided to look around and asked about LG issues at every store I went to….no one knew what I was talking about. I did end up buying a LG washer and dryer at another store. I will not trust Gulgrens again even though I have purchased numerous appliance there in the past.

I agree with everything Zachary Benesh indicated in his review; Except in our case, Jose' fixed our refrigerator-freezer. He was very informative about the problem we experienced.
