Work in Seminole, live in new port richey. Def part of the problem.
I started looking for a new home the end of 2024 and that’s when I came across Gulfwind Homes. I loved the location of the Townhomes in Seminole along with the different layouts to choose from. I sent an email requesting more information and Elizabeth Kraus responded quickly and arranged a time that worked with my schedule to sit down with her to go over everything and view the model homes. They are a horrible neighbor. The latest nuisance is large cement trucks and a pump pouring foundations at 3am while this otherwise quiet neighborhood tries to sleep. The Towns at Long Bayou cannot get built soon enough... as neighbors, we've all had our fill of the excessive noise.

Gulfwind Homes was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! All of our questions were answered quickly during the planning & construction phases. We had a couple of issues which Gulfwind immediately addressed and fixed. We are so happy in our new home, and would definitely recommend!
