If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my father to this practice and they were told what was going on and didn’t tell him to bring any paperwork or get a request to release his medical records. We went in to get a second opinion and Dr. Ball didn’t knock on the door, he just entered, grabbed the chair and sat down. Update: In my initial review I could not understand how the Office had so many negative reviews. That's until it actually happened to me. In 2024 I had an appointment for my routine 6 month follow-up. I was called by his office the day before and told that I would need a referral. I reminded them that I had an open access plan, that did NOT require referrals.
