We had used this place several times in the past and were always satisfied. Recently we paid to have 2 scales to be calibrated and when we got to our event in Texas, they failed and we had to purchase another scale for $300. While they did give us a refund, they will not recalibrate for free, which I think they should, given the additional cost.
We had to get some torquing equipment calibrated immediately for a project. The folks at Gulfstream Scale were able to get the work turned around quickly and professionally. I recommend them for calibration of your torque wrenches and hydraulic torque tools.
Richard has always been over the top in customer service. I have called at different times and emailed and always has time to explain what I need and how to get it to me. Thanks for the continued 5 star service. Costa Rica
