Updated 04/02 - three weeks no contact what so ever. You can't be that busy that you couldn't follow up with one phone call. It's called customer service. Something that your business lacks. I'm sure tho both Don, and the cranky lady that answers the phone demand out of business they go to. Great place with helpful people and fair prices!
Welp had Don come out to "check" one of my AC's and charge it. He didn't check it. Just charged it. It cooled for a couple of weeks before it stopped. Thanks for checking and repairing the leak. Instead you charged over $200, and didn't fix anything. That's not the reason for the one star. It was the second go around on my aft ac. Don just blew me off. He was inconvenience by my business inquiry so bad that he lied to me. I called to see if he would check it. He barked that he'd get to it when he got to it. I expressed the s... read more
