I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. The BCBA, Nate (also known as 'Fake Christian'), displayed behavior that I found troubling and unprofessional. After my child shared something concerning with me, I approached Nate to address the issue, but he avoided answering my questions and gave unclear responses. This eventually led to my child being removed from the center. Additionally, Dr. Neel's conduct was unacceptable. I believe her actions raise serious concerns about her profession... read more
My child started here a few months ago and he was 100% non verbal. He’s had tremendous success here and is even saying some words now. I’ve noticed several positive differences in my son in such a short time. We love it here! And he’s always happy to walk through the door every morning. His BCBA is the best! Always very helpful and informative.
My son loves this place
Administrative needs more training, specifically Abigail Cruz.
