Gulfside helped out with a job 5k new pool heater installation at beach front house two years ago. They are super helpful in general during installation or any troubleshooting. Heater was supposed to be under warranty for labor & parts for 3 years. However, around 2 years after, pool heated started giving trouble. It has been very challenging to get them to troubleshoot the pool heater over last 2 months. It takes a week or more to stop and troubleshoot. My Pool pump died. We got a strong recommendation from a service pro for Gulfside Pool Service LLC. I spoke with Amber and we set up for Chase to visit and troubleshoot our pool motor issue. Long story short, in the course of verifying we needed a new motor, we also included further major items. Our Polaris pump quit working I called Amber on a Friday and on the following Monday Chase came out to assess the situation. He said we needed a new motor ( it was 10 years old). He was able to replace the motor the same day. Chase also diagnosed the problem with the slow moving Polaris and fixed the problem! Chase is such a nice young man.
