Showed up for appointment and receiptionist turned me away to say my regular dentist did not approve the surgery which was INCORRECT. She told us to leave and we are no longer welcome there. Wasn't that nice. Passive appressive attitude NOT for customers for sure. The appointment was made 3 weeks prior to this and was confirmed 5 days before. Very bad experience. To add receptionist was not pleasant and not interested in helping. To make the long story short I had an appointment for a consultation. Previously had many x-rays done at my general dentist with a CT. Was never told to bring the CT with me even though they were told I have one when I was booking the apt. They wanted to charge me for X-rays I already just recently did. I offered to go pick the CT up and reschedule the appointment and the lovely receptionist who is given way to much power told me I need ... read more
