FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! BUYER BEWARE - This place is a scam. They provide you with a cost estimate for procedure and then Double or Triple the Bill. They add physicians that I never met and want me to pay for them. They will not reconsider their billing and blame it on the customer, even though I paid everything they estimated at the start. Find another doctor - This place is dangerous.
FRAUDULENT BILLING!!!! They told me an estimate of $744 and then the real bill came $3,500 Now dealing with this!!!
Fraudulent billing for patients who come in for outpatient services. When you check in they tell you what you will owe per insurance. I asked is that the amount with no surprises, they said yes and charged me 777.25 for an out patient EGD Doctor Rivera. The charges were for facility, provider, and anesthesia. So what happens next - Then on the back end when they submit the claim to insurance, for the above, they submit charges for the endoscope ( the surgical camera use ) was charged 1,914 and another 1,276 bucks for one sim... read more
Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Urbina had a great bedside manner and is very thorough!!
