BEWARE! Rented a condo at Sunrise Village and it had pictures, pricing, and details. Arrived and it was so disgusting and tiny (literally couldn't stand in front of the toilet and close the bathroom door) that I immediately went back to my car and booked elsewhere. Broken washer, dirty water, cockroaches, and terrible customer service. I'll start by saying Gulfsands Rentals offered to compensate me $30 for my trouble, but in my mind is totally unacceptable for the situation. I requested 1 night be reimbursed out of the 7 that we stayed - then after two more emails they never responded.
