A VERY CARING EMPLOYEE Nationwide South sent one of their employees to jump start my car as it had a dead battery. Consequently, I was locked out but used a skeleton key to open the driver's side. Upon opening the hood came to find out the battery was stored in the trunk. The skeleton key would not open the trunk and this man practically crawled through a back seat that dropped down to find the wires that opened the trunk. and took care of my problem. Friendly, honest, and great work! AAA recommended this place but I'll definitely be back! I had a tire blow out while I was doing 70 mph on I-75 and it did a lot of damage to the inside of the wheel well and the wiring under the steering column. They fixed the busted fender pretty well so I wouldn't have to take it to a body shop and they went out of their way to find a part of the headlight socket from a junkyard so I wouldn't have to pay for the entire thing from the dealership! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT TOW OR REPAIR CAR HERE HORRIBLE AND SHADY! Absolutely DO NOT bring or get your car towed here. My car broke down and I called AAA to have it towed. The tow truck driver said he would tow my car to his shop and call us in the morning to see what we wanted to do.
Amazing Service! I was stranded in St. Petersburg unsure of why my car wouldn't start when I called AAA. They sent out Joe and Jamie from Nationwide South Auto Repair to look at my car. Both of those gentleman went the extra mile to de-activate my alarm system which was cauing my car not to start. They could have just towed my car and been done with me, but they certainly are focused on customer satisfaction. Never a problem I've always received great service from Nationwide South. They have been in their location for a long time and are an approved AAA tower as well. They stay busy, but they are good about calling with estimates and the car is always ready when promised. The prices have always been comparable and the work done well - they are like an old fashioned neighborhood garage - prompt and friendly. I've never felt overcharged or "oversold" in the years I've patronized them. An honest repair shop.
