Nice facility but noone answers your calls or emails.
The facility is good but the bookkeeping department and response people are horrible. They will not return your calls or help you at all. Eddie Spence needs to step up and do something and get a hold of his personnel and take care of some issues that I have been trying to get answered and taken care of. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!
Agree with Zak's review. Facility is nice, but going on two weeks now and unable to get a response after multiple emails/calls. Have campers parked in front of my covered spot and unable to get ours out.
