Takes months to get any answers and still haven't talked to anyone. Whoever that is incharged don't call anyone that has a complaint. Some of there staff are rude and you get a run around.

I am a veteran and unfortunately, I needed free legal advice for a civil matter that I have coming up. I physically went into their office and filled out all my personal information and was told that somebody would reach out to me. I have been waiting for a while and have never received a response. I have called numerous times and left many messages to no avail. I feel stupid for giving them all my personal information. Who knows what they are going to try to do with this.
