The Mobile home park where i live grossly overcharged me for water bills 2 minths in a row even though I pointed out i knew they fraudulently billed me penalty theirs. I had to pay of face eviction. Reached out to Gulf Coast for help. The legal assist was so nice as was the attorney but other than sending a weak demand letter to the Park for their master water bill she did not follow through when the park failed to respond. They work for free but not for me or you. I would not waste your time filling out the application. After you do, they call you, not once, but twice. Then they turn you down for no apparent reason. ..rudely, so rude! You ask why you were turned down...silence. This place is a huge disappointment! Bunch of useless lawyers....

Absolutely horrible experience small sign from the streets and there front desk person barely spoke English did not trust give her personal matters due to the language barrier and i am conversational in Spanish language as it is my second language could not understand her. ON A ONE WAY

Patricia took my case probono and I’m so happy with the turnout. She was informative and knowledgeable and helped me with my case against my landlord. Even though my landlord didn’t have two legs to stand on, she reassured me and saw it through - reached out to the landlord’s attorney and came to an agreement that worked in my favor and saved us the trip to the courthouse. My apartment was hit by the Hurricane. I still had salvageable items and someone who helped me pack? We were coming back for the rest. My landlord went into my apartment and put everything on the curb. I guess I should have taken pictures. It probably would have helped my list out adding more items. Isn't a lawyer supposed to ask if there were any witnesses who saw the items before dismissing the case?
