Did not meet the agent but the office staff are awesome. Took the time to make sure I had an understanding of the policy and I have always felt that they had my best interest in mind and not the company. They are local so I can stop in and sit with a live person and that helps alot. The price is very good but even if it was higher I wouldn't jump ship as I mentioned before knowledge and service important to me plus I have one office for all of my insurance.
