Our stay at the Harbour Retreat was excellent. The size and stature of the home felt grand, just as shown in the photo’s, and the place was spotless. I brought my three sons, ages 6, 10, and 12 to visit their grandparents and extended family who live in the Sarasota area. The boys stayed busy in the pool and on the dock. The property was neat and clean. Great location with a short drive to the beach and shops and restaurants. Kitchen well-equipped with everything you need. The pool and patio is the perfect place to spend the day if you're just looking to relax at the house. There is everything you need for a day at the beach as well (beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, etc.) We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We will be staying again!!!
We stayed in Villa Sunrise for 12 days whilst visiting the Sarasota area from the UK in August 2025. This is an amazing holiday villa. Beautifully furnished, clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach chairs and umbrellas came in extremely useful. The villa and neighbourhood are quiet and very well maintained. The booking process and communication from the management company was excellent.
