Went there with a dislocated IOL and Dr Manning recommended that I not get replacement surgery even though I explained that my vision and mental state was at an all time low. Needless to say I got a second opinion and found a Dr in Tampa to fix it, which he did and restored my vision and mental state. Stay away in my opinion.
