Vince and his team are top notch! He can get busy as they are in high demand so plan accordingly (this is not a sit and wait shop). But what you get is serious attention once it’s on the lift and they are beyond honest. Everyone has a fear of getting run over at the mechanic especially German cars which tend to be pricey to service. They are beyond reasonable and honest! I drive past 50 shops to take my 2007 SL550 to him because I know he will ALWAYS do the right thing!!
I recently took my car to see Vincent, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They were upfront about the costs, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days, but this shop is the real deal. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to get your car fixed, I highly recommend this shop!
Vince and his team worked on my 2011 3 series BMW, twice now, for two separate issues. He was able to fix my car! They were honest, reliable, and got everything done in timely fashion. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you!
Phenomenal service! I really appreciate the digital vehicle inspection so that I could actually see what was going on with my vehicle. Vincent was very professional and transparent. I could honestly have peace of mind because of the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. I’ll literally no where else from now on!!
Vince and team do great work! They put on a new driveshaft for my Touareg and were also able to quickly get the vehicle back in again when it needed warranty work due to a defective part from the manufacturer. Fair and honest company!
