TERRIBLE COMPANY . i was recently working for this company and got to see from an inside perspective how bad they actually are. They pick and choose which builders to charge lower cost, and which ones get full price, if your a owner builder you are automatically getting charged the highest amount they can charge you. For example pricing is done per lift which is 12inches. a tech will go on site and say oh this pad looks 40inches high and charge you for 4 lifts because of the 4 inches but in reality the pad was only 36 inches... read more

They gave me a price for a pad compaction test, and when they sent me the invoice, it was 4 times the price it was given. Be aware of this and stay away from this company. I don't recommend them. I asked for the price before they were to do the test, and they didn't want to send me the invoice to pay until they had it done. All these made me really upset . Don't use them if you don't want to pass the same.
Seems a little suspicious to me that such a high paying company doesn’t have much on the internet to see
