Gulf Coast Appliance and Repair off of Janes Ln Naples is GREAT. Customer service was top notch, and our repair person Jacob was fantastic. He identified power issues (elevator in condo) that limits the amount of volts coming to our new oven. Did a thorough test and other than the additional time to get up to temp, oven was working as advertised. Our new microwave/convection oven/air fryer was not heating as advertised. True Professionals! OUTSTANDING SERVICE WORK! The service technician and the office staff was exceptional today. My new appliance was delivered last week from a local dealer and the wall oven did not work. Today was the first time I tried to use it to test it before Thanksgiving. When It did not work I called the dealer and they dealer recommended I call this company and they were out in 2 1/2 hours pulled the whole wall oven out of the wall and noticed a loose connection at the plug. BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! I CALLED GULFCOAST APPLIANCE IN LOOK AT MY FAIRLY NEW WASHING MACHINE, THEY WERE ON TIME. CAME OUT THE SAME DAY! THE MAN THEY SENT BY THE NAME OF PAT, WAS VERY PROFESSINAL, EVEN EDUCATED ME ON SOME OF THE FEATURES I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT! THE TECHNICIAN REALLY KNEW MY PRODUCT. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had I called these guys to come fix a leaking washing machine. We setup an appointment for a few day later (typical 4 hour window). My wife purposely stayed home during that window of time and the repairman never showed until over an hour after the given time window. No called to say he'd be late or anything. expensive service call $79.00 service call for 1st appliance,$49.00 for 2cd appliance this was not explained before they came out. $128 and no labor is built into this price? That is another $49.00 per each item for labor. It took them 2 trips even after i told them what was wrong, they had to order the parts.
