I made a reservation for a house from March. The reservation was suppose to be for mid August. I was notified in June that as of July 1st they would no longer be handling the management for that particular home, but they would roll my deposit to a different listing. I told the lady on the phone my particular speculations and she told me to go to the website to search. If there was a way to give this business a 0, I would. Their customer service is completely incompetent. I'm pretty sure they don't even know how to read!! STAY CLEAR OF THE BUSINESS
I booked this trip, for Easter weekend, 3 weeks prior to my arrival, through VRBO based off of the details of pictures and list of offered amenities. With a little under a week to go I was contacted via email saying that the amenities, pool, fitness center, etc. would be inaccessible due to construction on the building. This included reliable elevators (there was signs posted in the lifts that stated to always ride with a cell phone due to mechanical malfunctions!!!)
