THE WORST VACATION UNIT VISIT I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I stayed with a friend in your unfinished pink unit and the guest room was unfinished with a panel missing which I’m thinking is access to the attic, but it was accessible for flies. The bathroom should have been totally renovated, old peeling/dryrotted wood called a vanity, walls we’re disgusting and should have been painted, floor needs to be retiled, bath tub, can’t put into words, the kitchen furniture needs updating…the living room furniture, actually all of the furni... read more

Right across from Upham Beach Park. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Use of the pool for the units as well. It was never very busy. The residents that live in the condos full time are nice and welcoming. It's tropical but not loud. Many great restaurants within walking distance

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gulf Winds, Room 704. The property itself was fabulous—clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing beach getaway with beautiful views and everything we needed. One detail we especially loved was that the condo had everything you could possibly need for the beach conveniently stored in the closet for guests to use. My girlfriend and I stayed in the studio layout for the week. Checking in and out was easy and Alex at the front desk was super helpful. We stayed on the lower unit and the only downside with that was we heard footsteps especially at night. The studio itself was fairly dirty though, especially the floors and the bathroom. The bed sheets had stains on them as well as the comforter when we arrived. Other than that the location was awesome and the people around were friendly.
