Was referred to Dr. Martz in December 2025. Staff answered phones one time and gave me bad information on referral requirements. Since then staff will not return calls or messages. Dr. Martz may be quite good, but, the staff appears to be based upon my first contact and subsequent attempts to make an appointment outright incompetent or rude. How to tell someone you're not interested in treating them without actually telling them you're not interested in treating them...
Won’t answer their phones. Won’t answer messages. They don’t follow their own policy of seeing ER referral within said amount of time. I’ve never had such a difficult time trying to schedule an appt. Run for your life cause you’ll die before you get any attention here.
