I recently purchased a 46 Sunseeker with Gulf States Yacht Sales. I didn't bring a broker to the deal, and Garrison Hare of Gulf States was the sellers broker. After dealing with the terrible brokers in Florida for the last 4 years, it was a great experience to work with Garrison. Garrison was representing the seller, however took great care of me as well.
