I recently bought a Sundancer 320, that was listed through Gulf Yacht Sales. I did not not come with my own representation, so I was concerned about how the negotiation and transaction would proceed. However, Garrison, the sellers representative, was model of professionalism and ethical dealing. I live several hundred miles away, so I had to arrange the survey, mechanical and repairs over the phone. I recently purchased a 46 Sunseeker with Gulf States Yacht Sales. I didn't bring a broker to the deal, and Garrison Hare of Gulf States was the sellers broker. After dealing with the terrible brokers in Florida for the last 4 years, it was a great experience to work with Garrison. Garrison was representing the seller, however took great care of me as well.
