After spending 15,000.00 plus with them- they got upset one dog was sick (48 hours before the appointment), and tried to charge me to reschedule. Seemed like a promising company, but new doctors and staff in the last years led to decreased care and staff who are not patient centered. I would not trust them with my pet again, and I am thankful that my pets made it through (one got nausea for weeks following her procedure) which my regular vet said was highly abnormal to last that long. They wonderful care of my Malinois when she broke her two upper canines.
Always bring our mini schnauzers to Dr. Rybka. We trust her and know she works for the best interest of our dogs. Fees are higher than standard family vet but worth it for our dogs.
I cannot say enough good about this veterinary team. From the initial visit to my dog's dental surgery, they were thorough, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I received frequent updates on my dog throughout her surgery day, and I knew she was in good hands the entire time. I'm very grateful we were referred to Gulf South. They are definitely the top dental specialists in the area, and they go above and beyond.
