Lack of response to service requests. Gulf South Solar (GSS) installed our solar power system in the summer of 2010 and has been responsible for service since then. Over time it took longer and longer to get a response, much less service, from GSS. In August, 2016, we noticed our system was not producing as much electricity as in past years.
