You never really know how much something affects you until it has been addressed. My sleep schedule has improved massively after doing exercises with Felicia. The tongue is an extremely complex organ that does a lot more than you think, and I would recommend that anybody at least look into the concept of myofunctional therapy. It can affect your breathing, which affects your sleep patterns, which affects your life, etc etc At a minimum it is worth a Google, or asking your dentist. Felicia is great! I brought my son to her initially because his speech had become very mumbly after having his tongue tie corrected a year-and-a-half prior at the age of nine. I had considered speech therapy but wanted to address the functional aspect first. I am so glad we went that route as Felicia was able to identify weaknesses in my son’s tongue and lip muscles that were causing more issues than just mumbly speech.
