Britney with Gulf South homes and the team have been amazing to work with. Even though I didn’t move forward due to a different circumstance presented to me, there were no hard feelings and so much respect. She worked very hard to help me and take care of my needs, and she also hit every aspect of what I was looking for in purchasing a home.
Pricing on there parts are really good & there selection is even better. I have an older manufactured home with uncommon interior door dimensions and was able to find it in stock, in store at a better price than on the Internet
Britney was super helpful! So was everyone else in the office as well as friendly. I didn’t have time to schedule an appointment so they took me and my husband in right away. We discussed our options based off of what we know we want and then we went on a tour of a few homes in our price range with tons of options for customization!
