I put a deposit of $150 down for pumping the septic tank which is a prerequisite for placing the new trailer. We qualified for LaRestore to take care of it all, and they're trying their best to keep my deposit, telling me I can't get it back until the trailer is placed. Stephanie was very nice until I asked for the refund, now she's very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend
