The condo we stayed in needs to be upgraded
this was my worst experience ever at this establishment, the security guard that was on duty was very rude and disrespectful to everyone in the pool, he was yelling didn't have any respect for anyone that was on their vacation, in all this was a terrible visit to this establishment.
I am kind of disappointed about the closing time of the pool and courts of closing time at 10. I would keep the closing time at 10 but if people are being super loud I would kick them out but if they are families and friends on vacation paying for the condos I would tell the security to let them stay. Otherwise of that I enjoyed the condo except for the pool and courts and outdoors. I would change something.
