We were on our way back home from staying in Gulf Shores for about a week. Upon packing up the car, we noticed one of our tires was exceptionally low. Gulf Shores Service Center was able to take us immediately, find the issue, and patch up the tire in 30 minutes for a really great price. Folks that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and understand most of their clients are probably visitors. I definitely appreciated them getting us on our way quickly! Would definitely recommend if we return and need auto services.
My 2022 Yukon would not start. They diagnosed the issue, and sent me an estimate for the work. I approved the work, which was done on time, and below the estimate.
I had an amazing experience at Gulf Shores Service Center! The staff was incredibly friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Most other shops couldn’t service my AC because it’s a newer car, but they had the latest equipment and handled it with no issues. Their pricing was fair, and I really appreciated the detailed list they provided - outlining recommended services in order of importance, complete with price quotes. It made planning future maintenance so much easier. Highly recommend!!
Had a motor mount replaced on my aging Buick. The work was done quickly and very competently, and the charge was less than my own estimate. I’m always very satisfied with their work and fair pricing!
