Oct 2025, one of the two elevators is broken. The wait last night was 15 minutes to board my lift to 17th floor with two toddlers. I would stay here again if both elevators are working but right now AVOID! The elevator lines are soul crushing. Stay anywhere else.
Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. There were absolutely no negative aspects and we will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed the view! The room was clean and fit my family of 5 well. It was also close to everything!
