Horrible customer service. Rented from them some yrs ago. Not refunding someone for bed bugs when the inspection should have seen them is crazy and then to blame the customer is even more crazy! My issue back then was roaches and pretty much the same. Shame on y'all.
While our condo was beautiful, the customer service at Gulf Shores Rental is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER book another vacation rental with Gulf Shores Rental. Whoever handles customer relations could care less about customer service. Responses are short and absolutely dismissive. They are a super cheap company providing less than basic necessities for a vacation. They won’t even provide you with enough toilet paper for your stay. Avoid Gulf Shores Rental at all costs.
Absolutely loved our visit. Gulf Shores Rentals made it very easy to book with and our condo was very clean!! Will continue to book our trips with Gulf Shores Rentals!
Do not book through this company. The house we were planning to stay at sold and they sent me a text to tell me and gave me other of their rentals for DOUBLE the price. I get they didn’t sell the house but I asked if there was any way to help me out a little bit since I didn’t plan on paying DOUBLE the amount and they told me no that I could book one of their other rentals at whole price or get a refund.
